Jackal God Anubis Immersed in Red Roses ????

art digital, 2025

This is one of the many versions I created. I must be honest: no matter what I had to do, I truly missed drawing Egyptian deities. And especially the jackal god Anubis ??????. Here is the description to your questions: - Anubis is depicted with the body of a man and the head of a jackal ???? - He is the *protector of the necropolises* and the *god of embalming* ?? - He guides the souls of the dead into the afterlife ????, leading them before the tribunal of Osiris ?? - His sacred duty is to weigh the heart of the deceased against the feather of Maat ???? - On his chest, Anubis bears a *tattoo of the ankh* ???? – the “key of life,” symbol of eternal existence and divine protection. Anubis represents the transition between life and death, spiritual guardianship, and divine justice.
