Grannies 12#11. Sun-Kissed.

The last granny that I've portrayed - for the moment. Her expression is due to the sun light in front of her, but it seems to me also that she is the kind of woman that doesn't lower her gaze even to the sun. She once had been really beautiful, and she knew it: she looks at you right in the eyes, without any shyness, as a woman that has always had the custom to look straight to people's faces, considering all other people her peer.
She looks forward, to the light, she doesn't hide, she smiles to the future.
In Italy, they say that beautiful people are kissed by the sun, so who better than this woman, who smiles in the sunlight, to represent the concept of endless and proud beauty and - temporarily - to end my Grannies' series?
