The donkey, as an animal, teaches us humility in hard work, loyalty in our current and future endeavors, and patience, which is the virtue of the strong. However, the donkey is often underestimated due to its perceived lack of intelligence and literacy. Yet, anyone who is a donkey is wiser than many in a society of:
- Peacocks (narcissists) who are consumed by their own vanity- Lions (arrogant, prepotent, presumptuous, and megalomaniacs) who rule with aggression and dominance- Sheep (those without identity, blindly following the herd in a false pursuit of equality) who lack individuality and critical thinking- Vultures (opportunists and scavengers) who prey on the weak and vulnerable- Hyenas (cowardly and unscrupulous) who laugh and mock the suffering of others- Jackals (opportunists and scoundrels) who take advantage of situations for personal gain
In this society, the donkey's humility, loyalty, and patience are often overlooked, but they are essential virtues for achieving true strength and wisdom.
