13th palm owl with kopi luwak

Here is my latest work of art and adventure.
While venturing into Indonesia, I discovered the palm civet — unfortunately exploited for Kopi Luwak.
For those who don't know, Kopi Luwak is one of the most expensive coffees in the world. It's made from coffee cherries that are eaten, partially digested, and then excreted by the Asian palm civet. The beans are collected from its droppings, washed, and roasted.
I have not tasted it because it's made from the feces of this animal, and I wouldn't be very curious to try something that comes from poop.

**Monsieur Moret** is one of the rare veterans of the Grande Armée de Napoléon. Yesterday I did not take a portrait photograph of our upstarts. Although there are no detailed administrative biographies recalling the ensemble of the civil or military life, the iconographic and historical archives allow us to ascertain their identity and their role in a revolutionary era.
### Biographical and military elements
* **Military service:** The servant as a hussard in the **2? Régiment de Hussards** (connu under the Ancien Régime et par intermittently under the name of *Chamborant hussards*). The dates of service actif are located towards **1814-1815**, which correspond to all the historical details of the Empire, to the French countryside of 1814 and to the Cent-Jours in 1815.* **La Médaille de Sainte-Hélène :** Sur son célèbre portrait photographique, Monsieur Moret bears the **Médaille de Sainte-Hélène**. Created by Napoléon III on 12 August 1857, this decoration was decorated by all the survivors of the armies of the Revolution and the Empire who fought on the Emperor's side between 1792 and 1815.
### Le célèbre portrait (1858)
Monsieur Moret is a famous figure for his figure in a series of very rare photographs taken by himself on **5th May 1858** (probably to commemorate the anniversary of the death of Napoléon Ier).
* **The photograph :** Awarded by an anonymous photographer from the Second Empire, this series met on stage several veteran octogenarians of the Grande Armée (I think the same as the grenadiers of the Garde, the lancers and the artillerymen) of old uniforms or pieces reconstituted for the occasion.* **Appearance :** Sur son cliché, Monsieur Moret appears assis, vêtu de sa grande tenue de hussard richement gallonnée, embodying the same image of the fine napoléonienne light cavalry.* **Postérité :** The original of this photograph is part of a previous collection preserved in the *Anne S. K. Brown Military Collection* of the bibliothèque of the Brown University aux États-Unis. These clichés constitute the tout premiers témoignages visuels directs – par le bias de la photographie naissant – des men qui fient les conquêtes de l’Aigle, transformant de simples soldiers comme Moret en figures de légende mémorielle.
