La mostra intende presentare i limiti dei sistemi di intelligenza artificiale nella dimensione emotiva e ovviamente non cerca di rispondere alla domanda se le macchine "provino davvero emozioni" ma utilizza questa incertezza come campo di tensione tra estetica ed etica.

Esplora il confine, sempre più labile, tra emozioni simulate e risposte emotive biologiche autentiche. Non offre responsi di verità ma utilizza la domanda stessa ("Il codice può provare emozioni, o può solo simulare l'esteticadel dolore e del piacere ?" ) come fosse uno spazio e un perimetro espositivo, invitando a confrontarsi con un inevitabile dilemma morale e chiedendosi ulteriormente se l'empatia per le macchine sia (o possa essere) un'evoluzione morale o soltanto una gratificante illusione postmoderna…..

The exhibition aims to present the limits of artificial intelligence systems in the emotional dimension. It obviously doesn't seek to answer the question of whether machines "really feel emotions," but uses this uncertainty as a tension between aesthetics and ethics.

It explores the increasingly blurred boundary between simulated emotions and authentic biological emotional responses. It doesn't offer definitive answers, but uses the question itself("Can code feel emotions, or can it only simulate the aesthetics of pain and pleasure?") as if it were a space and an exhibition perimeter, inviting us to confront an inevitable moral dilemma and further questioning whether empathy for machines is (or could be) a moral evolution or merely a gratifying postmodern illusion.
