La Notte Che Mi Ha Visto

“La Notte Che Mi Ha Visto” è una parte di me che non avevo mai avuto il coraggio di mostrare davvero.L’ho dipinta su una tela 50×70 usando acrilici, gesso, legno, oro e vernice spray, ma quello che vedi non è tecnica: è memoria, paura, silenzio, respiro trattenuto.Nel letto ci sono io, o quello che restava di me da bambino.Sopra, le spirali non sono cielo: sono i ricordi che tornano anche quando li spingi via.E quella figura nera accanto al letto non è solo un’ombra: è tutto ciò che mi ha fatto diventare chi sono, le presenze e le assenze che hanno parlato anche quando nessuno diceva niente.Ho dipinto questo quadro con materia spessa perché non volevo raccontare: volevo far sentire.Chi lo guarda sente qualcosa muoversi dentro.Forse una ferita, forse un ricordo, forse un rumore che ognuno conosce ma che finge di non sentire più.Quest’opera è in concorso e per me significa molto più di quello che mostra.È la porta attraverso cui sono dovuto passare per potermi raccontare davvero.Ed è anche una delle anime di ciò che sto per pubblicare: il mio libro“Dentro l’Incubo, Oltre il Buio”,in uscita a breve in tutte le librerie, in ebook e in audiolibro.Chi si ferma davanti a questa tela spesso rimane qualche secondo in più del previsto.E io credo che accada perché, per un attimo, ognuno rivede la propria notte e scopre che non è solo.Se anche tu hai vissuto un luogo simile — un punto in cui hai capito che sopravvivere è già un modo di amare — allora forse troverai qualcosa di tuo sia in questo quadro che nel libro che sta arrivando.Voglio solo dire questo:se un dipinto riesce a parlare al posto tuo, forse significa che è arrivato nel posto giusto.Spero che “La Notte Che Mi Ha Visto” faccia lo stesso con te.E che quello che troverai nel libro ti accompagni oltre il buio, come ha fatto con me mentre lo scrivevo.---“The Night That Saw Me” is a part of myself I had never dared to reveal.I painted it on a 50×70 cm canvas using acrylics, textured gesso, wood, gold leaf, and spray paint, but what you see isn’t technique — it’s memory, fear, silence, and a breath held too long.The figure in the bed is me, or what was left of me as a child.The spirals above are not a sky: they’re the memories that return even when you try to bury them.And the black silhouette beside the bed is more than an outline: it represents everything that shaped me in silence, everything that hurt, everything that protected.I used thick, almost sculptural strokes because I didn’t want to describe —I wanted people to feel.This artwork is part of a competition, but for me it is far more than a painting.It’s the threshold I had to cross to be able to tell my story.It also forms the emotional backbone of my upcoming book,“Dentro l’Incubo, Oltre il Buio”,soon available in bookstores worldwide, in ebook and audiobook format.Those who stand in front of this canvas often linger longer than expected.Maybe because, for a moment, they recognize their own darkness — and realize they are not alone.I simply believe this:if a painting speaks for you, it means it has reached the right person.I hope “The Night That Saw Me” reaches you too.And I hope my book will walk with you through the shadows, just as it did with me while I wrote it.
