The imposing structure, which dominates the main boulevard, is not just a building: it is a statement. Its soft, enveloping forms mirror the silhouette of undergarments, transforming the concept of the "private" into a public experience of monumentality and grace.

The Mutanda Building rises with a facade of soft pastel pink, an unexpected and vibrant addition to the urban landscape. Its two wings, acting as pillars, house dozens of apartments and offices, all featuring semicircular balconies embellished with wrought-iron railings—a classic touch that dialogues harmoniously with the radical modernity of the overall design.

• The heart of the building is its majestic central arch, under which thousands of citizens have already begun to stroll, take photographs, and marvel. It is more than just a passageway; it is a gateway to a new perception of urban space.

• At the top, a lush hanging garden adorns the "waistline" of the building, with palm trees silhouetted against the sky, offering an unexpected green space and a breathtaking panoramic view of Spheropolis.

During the ceremony, an emotional Fanty Building reaffirmed the creed of his movement, Globism: "This building is proof that architecture does not have to be cold and impersonal. He continued: "The Mutanda Building celebrates our deepest intimacy, elevating it to a symbol of welcome and protection for the community.
