At the center of a crimson surface, a violent rupture shatters the illusion of perfection. The material appears burned, torn apart, consumed by an invisible force that has left behind the trace of its passage.

What remains is neither destruction nor creation, but the suspended moment between the two.

The wound becomes an imprint. The imprint becomes memory.

VISUAL BURN explores the persistence of what has been seen, experienced, and endured. Like the afterimage that lingers on the retina after a blinding flash, certain experiences continue to inhabit us long after their source has vanished.

The surface bears the mark of impact, yet it is the void at its center that commands attention. A silent reminder that every scar is also a testimony, and every absence a transformed presence.

Some images fade.
