A work of profound conceptual and material research, where the monochrome surface ceases to be a mere support and becomes body and substance.
Through the controlled use of fire, the surface is violated by five organic gashes: the burns create dramatically curled and charred edges, characterized by intense shades ranging from smoke black to warm amber and brown tones.The heat deforms the surrounding surface, generating three-dimensional ripples and glossy visual effects that catch the light in a shifting way, giving the work a strong sense of dynamism and a vibrant dramatic tension.
 "ABSENCES" does not represent a simple lack, but makes the void tangible, transforming destruction into a powerful poetic and minimalist act.
